This notice explains how LeylaFans handles information when you browse, create an account, message, purchase content or contact support.

What we collect

We process member account details, age and identity verification status, messages with Leyla, purchases, device and security signals, and support or moderation reports.

Why we use it

We use information to provide memberships and private content, process payments, secure accounts, verify eligibility, prevent abuse, moderate content, comply with law and improve the service.

Who receives it

Information is shared only as needed with infrastructure, identity, safety, email and approved payment providers. Leyla and her authorized team do not receive a member’s full payment-card details. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and controls

Retention depends on account status, legal duties, payment disputes and safety needs. Members may request access, correction or deletion where applicable through the Support Center. Sensitive verification evidence is isolated from public profile data.

International processing

Service providers may process information in other countries. Where required, we use appropriate contractual and technical safeguards for those transfers.

Security

Private media is delivered through expiring access, sessions use secure cookies, payment events are signed and deduplicated, and Love balance movements use an append-only ledger.
