Refund Policy

We want purchases to be clear and dependable. This policy explains cancellation, refund eligibility and how every request is reviewed. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Membership cancellation

You may cancel a recurring membership at any time before the next renewal. Cancellation stops future charges and access continues until the end of the paid period unless the checkout terms say otherwise.

Immediate digital access

Before payment, we ask you to expressly request immediate delivery of digital access. Where applicable law provides a withdrawal period, beginning delivery with your consent may affect that right once the digital content or service has been supplied.

When we review a refund

We review duplicate charges, unauthorized payments, content that was not delivered, and material technical faults that prevented access. Consumed or downloaded digital content, voluntary gifts and used Love are generally not refundable except where required by law.

How to request one

Open the Support Center, sign in, select the payment and explain what happened. Submit ordinary requests within 14 days of purchase and report suspected unauthorized activity promptly. Each request receives a reference and a human decision.

Approved refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Bank, card-network and blockchain processing times are outside our control. Crypto requests may require extra transaction verification and are reviewed individually.

Chargebacks

Please contact support first so we can investigate quickly. Starting a chargeback does not remove your legal rights, but access may be restricted while a disputed payment is reconciled.
