These terms govern your use of LeylaFans, including memberships, private messages, digital content and one-time purchases. By creating an account or completing a purchase, you agree to them.

Adults only

You must be at least 18 and legally able to use this service where you live. We may require privacy-preserving age assurance and identity checks.

Content and consent

Leyla and her authorized team may upload only material they own or are licensed to use. Every depicted person must be an adult and must have given documented consent. Impersonation, non-consensual material, exploitation, trafficking, and sexual content involving minors are prohibited.

Digitally created media

Materially generated or altered people and scenes must be labelled when required. Nobody may use another person’s likeness without permission or misrepresent a virtual identity as a verified real person.

Memberships, Love and refunds

Membership terms, renewal timing, prices, taxes and cancellation rights are shown before checkout. You can cancel a recurring membership before its next renewal. LeylaFans Love is a closed-loop digital content balance, has no cash value, and cannot be transferred or withdrawn by members. Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy and applicable law.

Accounts and acceptable use

Keep your sign-in details private and provide accurate information. You may not scrape, redistribute, resell, record or publish private content; interfere with the service; evade access controls; harass another person; or use the service for unlawful activity.

Enforcement

We may remove content, suspend access, preserve evidence and report unlawful activity. Members can report content or request help through the Support Center.

Service changes

We work to keep purchased access available, but maintenance, safety requirements, law or events outside our control may affect specific features. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
